Preceding the new Foetus studio album is an EP titled (not adam), available now from Birdman Records. This brand new 4-song EP featuring the track "(not adam)" from the upcoming full-length album, plus exclusive remixes of two other tracks from the Love (Spring 2005) release: "Miracle," remixed by Jay Wasco and "Time Marches On" remixed by Ipecac recording artist End. In addition, a new exclusive non-album track, "Not in Yr Hands," will be included only on the EP. Building from a harpsichord to full orchestral soundscapes, moving violins and driving rhythms, Foetus returns after an almost 5-year hiatus. The featured track "(not adam)" drives with intensity, like a bus barreling down the streets of San Francisco. The new Foetus studio album, entitled Love, will be released in spring 2005 on Birdman and will come packaged with a DVD containing four videos/short films of songs from the album and much more.
