Metropolis Records announces three new signings and artist ringtones. The latest three bands to sign with Metropolis Records are The Start, Moving Units and Client. All three bands are scheduled to release albums in spring 2007. Moving Units previously released two CDs on RX Records and Client has released numerous recordings through the Mute label. In addition, Metropolis offers ringtones through many cell service providers beginning November 15. Carriers such as Sprint, Cingular, Amp'd, Boost, T-Mobile and Verizon will carry ringtones from Assemblage 23, Covenant, Electric Six and VNV Nation.
