Cervello Elettronico will release its long-awaited debut album Negate The Instigator in March on Crunch Pod Records. This project is the creation of New York-based artist David Christian, aka Snarf. According to the artist's Web site, the album's sound "can best be described as a mix of Power Noise, EBM, and Techno." Going further into detail, the site also said, "From start to finish, different layers of sound are tied together by heavy bass, driving rhythms, abrasive percussions, and meticulously placed samples."
