Alan Vega, one-half of the seminal electronic duo Suicide, will release his 10th solo record July 31 on Blast First and Mute Records. The album, titled Station, was recorded in New York between 2004 and 2006, and all instruments on each of the 11 tracks were played by Vega himself. According to Vega's Web site, Alan has been busy touring Europe and creating and showing his art. A retrospective compilation of Alan's solo work is due later this year.
