Recoil announces the release of a new album titled Subhuman. A standard and a limited edition double CD-DVD version of the album will be released. The DVD disk features the album in surround sound, an ambient remix of the entire album, plus all the Recoil video clips produced to date. Alan Wilder has collaborated with a number of artists on this album including Blues artist Joe Richardson, Cliff Hewitt of Apollo 440 and Dave McDonald of Portishead. Subhuman is available July 9 on the Mute label.
