New York-based label machineKUNT Records has announced it will release its first compilation album, Extreme Women in the Dark Future, sometime in 2008. Contributing artists include Chiasm, Neikka RPM and Noizekatt, among others. This newcomer label was founded by Rachel of Experimental Haywire, with the goal of encouraging women to create electronic music, and to support the existing female presence in the industrial, electronic and noise genres.
