The fifth-annual Eccentrik Festival, sponsored by ReGen Magazine, will take place October 23-26 in Chapel Hill, NC. Scheduled performers include The Brides, The Ghosts Project, The Hellblinki Sextet, Nicki Jaine, Jill Tracy, Unextraordinary Gentlemen and Vernian Process, as well as several DJs.
