Current 93's new album, Aleph at Hallucinatory Mountain, is officially released today, May 18 on the Coptic Cat label. A special "Subscriber's Edition" of the album will go out to fans who specially pre-ordered the album by the March 2009 subscriber's deadline, and includes a bonus disc signed by David Tibet and featuring earlier versions of the album's tracks. The Subscriber's Edition also includes a DVD with a short film chronicling the album's recording sessions, as well as a film showing the band rehearsing for their 2008 tour. Aleph at Hallucinatory Mountain features collaborations between Tibet and artists such as Stephen Stapleton (Nurse with Wound), Matt Sweeney (Superwolf), Andrew WK and porn star/actress/musician Sasha Grey.
