American electro-goths The Crüxshadows will release their new remix album Fortress In Flames July 6 in the United States and July 5 in Europe via Dancing Ferret. It will feature a couple of brand new tracks as well as a slew of remixes of songs from their previous release Ethernaut. Clan of Xymox, Razed in Black, Iris, Subway to Sally, Alice 2, In Strict Confidence, Neuroactive, Absurd Minds, Ego Likeness and others all remixed songs on the album. Addictive programming, theatrical male vocals, lots of synths, guitar and violins, coupled with honest and emotional lyrics make a musical blend of gothic dance and futurepop that satisfies fans of both.
