A complementary remix to the latest KMFDM album, offering an eerie and thunderous version of an already "wild and chaotic" track.

Credit should be granted to KMFDM for clever and effective merchandising. Since the formation of the KMFDM store, the band has taken an active role in their own merchandising, spreading the ultra heavy beat to the masses on their own terms. As part of their latest package for the new album, Tohuvabohu, the band has included an exclusive MP3 download of the Angelspit remix of the album's title track. Where the original was a raging whirlwind of industrial-strength guitar riffs amidst pummeling beats and synths, living up to its title of being "wild and chaotic," the Angelspit remix is a far different affair. Though no less powerful, the remix strips the song down to Sascha Konietzko's operatic and aggressive vocals. While the vocoder may be considered cliché in today's electronic music, the vocal manipulations actually do add a rather eerie effect amidst a thunderous array of pounding beats and EBM bass lines. No less wild, though perhaps less chaotic, unless one places the song in context of the rest of the album, making Angelspit's remix standout as an intriguing addition for the fans to enjoy.
